We wanted to add some clarification to the Covid-19 policies that we are implementing at Mountain Song Festival as there have been questions and concerns expressed. We appreciate your feedback and your patience as we try to navigate these very challenging and unprecedented times.
Mountain Song Festival will be requiring proof of full vaccination for Covid-19 OR have negative test result for COVID-19 within 72 hours of attending the event to enter. This applies to attendees, staff and volunteers.
We have extended the test results window to 72 hours prior to date of entry to allow time to obtain results.
Photo ID will be required along with proof of vaccination or negative test result.
Proof of vaccination can be your physical card or a clear image of the card either scanned or photographed. Negative test results can also be the printed copy or a clear image or email of the official results.
A negative COVID-19 test result (molecular, PCR or antigen) that was administered by an official testing location. Test results must be dated no more than 72 hours prior to entry. Home testing kit results will not be accepted for entry.
Families attending the festival will be required to provide a negative COVID-19 test result for unvaccinated children.
Masks are strongly encouraged regardless of seating location and vaccination status.

Deadline to request a refund is September 6, 12:00pm. Requests for refunds after this date will not be honored.
